In form these pieces are utterly beautiful however in terms of functionality they are really difficult to read. The origin of bone and also script fonts mean they are handwritten however they are also incredibly thin in terms of their line weight making large amounts of text difficult to read. In smaller amounts such as "yes" and also written much larger they are very elegant and flamboyant but also legible on a larger scale.
